It seems there won’t be any more little princes or princesses for the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge. According to Duchess Kate Middleton, her husband Prince William doesn’t want any more kids. The pair already have their hands full with three little ones.

Kate met William in 2001 when they both attended university. Their engagement was announced in November 2010 and they were married in April 2011 on television for the whole world to see, where she officially joined the Royal family and became known as Her Royal Highness The Duchess of Cambridge. The couple share three children, the third fourth and fifth in line of succession to the British throne. 6-year old Prince Geroge, 4-year-old Princess Charlotte, and 20-month-old Prince Louis whom the couple welcomes in 2018.

In light of all of the controversy surrounding the Royal family, Kate decided to open up about her and William’s personal lives a little bit. According to People, Kate said that her husband, Prince William is content with their three children and doesn’t want any more kids. This news was dropped after the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge met with various leaders who are of different faith and community groups on Wednesday, January 15th.

The 38-year-old mother of three chatted with a royal fan, Josh Macpalce, and told him the news that their family is likely to complete. Kate told the fan exactly why they likely won’t have any more kids, saying, “I don’t think William wants any more.” Macpalce, a 25-year-old fan who has autism and DiGeorge syndrome, told Kate that he had religiously sent her a congratulations card after the birth of all three of her children.

This is the first outing since Prince Harry and Meghan Markle made their announcement that they would be stepping back as senior members of the royal family. It appeared that Kate and William are doing their best to move forward from the scandal surrounding the royal family and continuing on in their roles and their lives. Though Kate said that there is a slim chance that they will be having baby number 4, it’s not entirely off the table yet.
