Purchased Game not showing up in Ubisoft Connect: How to Fix?

The particular issue is known to Ubisoft and they have acknowledged that sometimes Ubisoft account users can’t see or get the purchased games on their game library even after buying it online. According to a support agent from Ubisoft, if anyone faces the same issue, instantly ask for a refund via Paypal or the bank authority (cardholders).

Though there is no 100% confirmation that every time you find this kind of issue, will get a refund easily. But if the purchase transaction has been made very recently and the order isn’t showing on the company’s system which means the order not have processed yet. In that scenario only, users can ask for a refund immediately and the company will look for the issue or refund process accordingly.

We can expect that Ubisoft will come with improved system support for the purchased games and make sure that the users won’t get disappointed or feel scammed in any way if in case they don’t get a refund. However, there are a couple of possible workarounds mentioned below that you can also use for once.

  • Make sure that you’re using the same and a valid Ubisoft account or credentials while purchasing and while logging into the client. If in case, you can’t remember the username or password of the account, kindly contact to Ubisoft Support team.
  • Ensure that your purchased game isn’t hidden in the Ubisoft Connect PC library. If you don’t know, Ubisoft Connect offers users to hide their games from the PC library and you won’t be able to see the removed game under the Games tab from the library. Go to the bottom of the Ubisoft Connect PC games library > Expand the Hidden section.
  • Try to delete the cache folder of Ubisoft Connect. Just head over to the installed Ubisoft Connect location on your PC drive > Locate the Ubisoft Game Launcher/Ubisoft Connect folder “C:/Program Files(x86)/Ubisoft/Ubisoft Game Launcher” > Delete cache folder > Rename cache folder > Relaunch the Ubisoft Connect client and try checking the purchased game.
